It enabled these organisations to digitise and web publish descriptions (and often images) of their collections and information resources. The primary output was the eHeritage website http://eheritage.statelibrary.tas.gov.au/ at which 30 organisations regularly added descriptions and images. The data was presented at the website under 4 key fields: * Title * Objects * Subjects * Institution This is represented in the structure of the open data sets. The website was archived in 2013. By then 26,317 rows of raw data had been created that describe items held in cultural collections across Tasmania. Another 99,704 records were created that relate specifically to the location of gravesites across Tasmania along with transcriptions of the details recorded on tombstones at the sites and often an image as well. data.gov.au https://data.gov.au/dataset/824306c0-ace3-482f-9476-f7ce9abd89de 2001 2012 eHeritage Data (CSV) https://data.gov.au/data/dataset/824306c0-ace3-482f-9476-f7ce9abd89de/resource/b3fcb429-2ebe-493d-833b-138a8f2566f4/download/eheritage-data.csv CSV   2017-07-17T10:59:47.759450 2017-07-17   Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 Australia

Broadly our aims are to: • Maintain a reduced carbon footprint at the VAC. • Maintain a reduced ecological footprint around our office based activities. • Continue to support the sustainable management and use of government records. During the year we progressed several major facility projects that delivered immediate energy efficiencies to the Victorian Archives Centre: • We installed our fourth new chiller unit as part of our multi-year chiller replacement program. These new chiller units are extremely energy efficient. • We upgraded our entire external lighting system to use energy efficient LED lights. • We installed a new second boiler. We have three boilers in total, with the final unit scheduled to be replaced during 2016-17. These boilers use gas and we have already seen a reduction in gas consumption with the introduction of the first two new boilers. We will investigate the possibility of installing solar panels in 2016-17 as part of our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and further increasing our energy efficiency at the Victorian Archives Centre. data.vic.gov.au https://www.data.vic.gov.au/data/dataset/ccc32e00-04b5-49f6-8640-0a8dc81c712c     Environmental Sustainability 2015-2016 http://metadata.prov.vic.gov.au/datasets/2016/Environmental%20Sustainability%202015-2016.csv CSV Further details about this specific data resource, to be displayed on the Preview page 2016-12-12T10:48:20.119041     Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International
